Hello new and returning CHEAGD members!

You've sent in your application, and now you're waiting for something to happen. Perhaps it seems like something is taking longer than it should. Here is what is supposed to happen when you join or renew your membership:

You should receive an e-mail from the treasurer telling you your membership application has been processed.

If you do NOT receive an e-mail from the treasurer within 2-3 weeks (or up to a month, during the summer), please contact us to let us know we need to find out what happened to your application.

Within 2 weeks of hearing from the treasurer, you should receive an e-mail from the moderator telling you how to access the CHEAGD yahoo group so that you can receive the group e-mails.

If you do not receive an e-mail from the moderator within 2 weeks OR you do hear from the moderator but are still not receiving e-mail from CHEAGD, please contact moderator@cheagd.org.

Also within 2 weeks of hearing from the treasurer, you should receive an e-mail from the webmaster telling you that you have an account for the member portion of the CHEAGD website.

If you do not receive an e-mail from the webmaster within 2 weeks OR you don't understand the directions in the e-mail you do receive, please contact webmaster@cheagd.org.

If your e-mail address changes during the year after you join:

Contact moderator@cheagd.org AND webmaster@cheagd.org to provide your new e-mail address so you can continue receiving CHEAGD e-mails and accessing the member portion of the website.
